SUDAQ invites you to submit an abstract and share your work with local, regional and international experts in the field of Health care during SUDAQ Medical Syposium ( SUDAQ MS1) under the the title of Health Care in limited resources settings.

Abstract Submission Requirements:-
1) Topics: – The abstract could include audits, case reports, service development, clinical or basic research in the field of medicine or health related topics.
2) Format: – The abstract should be uploaded as a Word document.
3) Authorship: – There is no limit to the number of abstracts an author can submit.
There is no limit to the number of authors of the abstract. Authors may use a maximum of two names for identification (first name & last name).
4) Word count: – Abstracts are limited to 300 words or less.
The title of the abstract, the main body, the tables and the figures are counted towards the word count. Abstracts may contain a maximum of two (2) tables and/or figures. Each table or figure counts as 50 words. If the author(s) do not meet the word count, the abstract will be returned and should be resubmitted before the deadline.
5) Abstract Body: – Abstracts should be as informative as possible. Actual data should be summarized. The phrase “the results will be discussed” or “the data will be presented” is insufficient Abstracts must be written in English with correct grammar and spelling suitable for publication.
6) Review Procedure: – The Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts and the first author will be informed of the Committee’s decision.
7) Submission: Submit your abstract to the Email mentioned below .
8) Presentation: Accepted abstracts are expected to present their studies in the form of a poster during the day of the scientific symposium .
4 of the abstracts will be selected for oral presentations, and the remaining accepted abstracts will be presented as posters.
9) Posters: abstracts accepted for poster presentations must be printed in A0 portrait format.
10) Application: At least one author of the accepted abstracts must officially register to attend the scientific symposium and present the work.
